HOW TO USE THE SITE:
How do I see a bigger version of the print?
 You can do this by simply clicking on the thumbnail image and then a window will be opened to show a larger image.  If this does not happen it may be due to your machine set up and security which may be linked to Windows XP service pack 2.  In the first instance you can click on the refresh page button on your browser.  If this does not work you may not be able to view the enlarged pop-up window and we apologise.
The cart is not working for me?
You need to have cookies enabled to use this site as is the case with most ecommerce websites.
If you cannot use the site and do not wish to enable them for this site then please contact us through the form under 'contact us' stating the print you require in the message contents.
How do I select a print?
To select a print simply browse using the top menu bar, you can look by artist or by category.
Once you have done this then just click on the 'add to cart' icon and you will be taken to your cart where the item will have been updated.
From here, you can select the number you require and the total will auto-increment or you return and add more items.
How do I make a purchase?
Once you have all the items you want in your cart you simply progress to the 'checkout' which you do by clicking on the link.  From here you will see the total and the addition of postage and packaging.  This is factored for mainland Uk only if you are ordering for outside UK then you will be emailed the ammended price.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept all major forms of postal payment at present (cheque, postal order, money).

As of the new year we will be opening payment services through PayPal so look back on this site for that.
How do I contact Pettitt and Rock?
There is a contact form on this site you can use to send an email request and you can also use the postal and phone number to contact regarding any matter.

Are these prints limited edition?
If they say so they are.  Each run is generally limited and reflected in the description. The cost includes a signature on every print from the artist.
Can I use these images / prints or are they copyrighted?
They are copyrighted and you cannot use them without the permission of the artists or Lance Publishing Ltd.
Can I send / get the print if I am in another country or wish to send outside the UK?
Yes, but please contact us as the postal and packaging will have to increased to reflect the non-standard charge.  Simply, contact us through the contact form or our postal address and then you can be given the total for your purchase.
